Epson 9900 won't print 119" document

Have been using the Epson 9900 large-format printer for a while with no problems. For RIP, we are using ColorBurst 9.2.1 for Windows, running on XP.

We need to print a banner 24" x 119"; printer starts the job at about 1/3 of the way, failing to print the first 1/3.

It will print the whole document at a narrower width, the printer is limiting output length. Xerox said that this is a ColorBurst issue, since the Xerox drivers limit document length to 90".

How can I ask ColorBurst to allow the longer document?

LWTC

Please upgrade to the latest 9.3.1 found here:

ftp://ftp.colorburstrip.com/download...r_12-07-09.zip

When you are sending the file, are you opening it in the job list and printing it or is it being added to a layout first? What environment are you using? In printer settings what are your settings in the General tab for page size?

Also, please change your port in your printer definition to NONE (NOTE YOUR CURRENT PORT SETTINGS FIRST) and click the button for create print file. Process the file and it will create a .rtl file. Is this the correct size? Start printing it, after you chagne your port settings back, does it start from the correct location?

Warning message - Windows XP / version 9.3.1

Version 9.3.1 downloaded successfully.

When I tried to install it, a warning message appeared that said to verify that this version is compatible with Windows XP, or risk destabilizing the software.

Is version 9.3.1 compatible with Windows XP?

Upgrade to 9.3.1 did not solve problem

With the upgrade to 9.3.1 we're actually having a more restricted print size. We can print a larger image with the old version, which we retained.

The interface is very straight forward; could we be asking for the prints incorrectly?
