ColorBurst X·Proof Plus Demo

ColorBurst X·Proof Plus is a queue-based PostScript® Level 3 compatible RIP for Digital Proofing, Photography, and Fine Art printing. The X·Proof Plus demo is available for Mac OS X only. The demo is fully functional (except for building ICC profiles) and runs for 15 days from activation. One 15-day demo is permitted.

ColorBurst Pro Demo
(Windows)

ColorBurst Pro is a PostScript® Level 3 compatible RIP. ColorBurst Pro allows you to nest files in a layout with full preview, zoom, crop, scaling, and tiling functions. The ColorBurst Pro demo is available for Windows only. The demo is fully functional (except for building profiles) and runs for 15 days from activation. One 15-day demo is permitted.


 

Follow the steps below to try a demo of ColorBurst for 15 days.

STEP 1: SELECT A DEMO INSTALLER FILE

ColorBurst X·Proof Plus Demo
Version 6.1.8 for Mac OS X (392 MB)

Requires Mac OS X 10.4 or later, including Leopard (10.5) and Snow Leopard (10.6)
The Mac demo file is in .zip format.

 

ColorBurst Version 9 Demo
Version 9 for Windows (1.3 GB)
This download includes the ColorBurst Pro demo. The interface for X·Proof is exactly the same as Pro except Layout is disabled in X·Proof.

The demo requires Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. The demo file is in .zip format.

 

STEP 2: DOWNLOAD EXTRA ENVIRONMENTS AND ICC PROFILES (OPTIONAL)

Each ColorBurst web demo includes a limited number of environments and profiles for each printer. Environments are files that contain settings for each printer, media, and ink combination. You may also download the full set of profiles available for each printer.

The link below will take you to the Environments and Profiles page where you can download additional ColorBurst environment files and the corresponding ICC Profiles. Each download also contains a readme file containing installation instructions.

STEP 3: ACTIVATE THE DEMO SOFTWARE

When you run ColorBurst, an activation window appears on the screen. Fill out and submit the form to activate your demo. The activation will allow the program to run for 15 days. One 15-day demo is permitted.
